Great for a family or a couple seeking a nice quiet neighborhood to visit family, enjoy the PNW , or see Seattle. House is clean and well organized , has comfortable beds. and has everything needed. “Wow, what a wonderful place! First off, the decor is awesome - so stylish and modern, very thoughtfully decorated. Very clean, had all the amenities we needed. The comfort was top notch, the large couch was great for lounging when we weren't out and about, we loved the glowing fireplace, and the bed was big and comfy as well. The house is located in a very lovely neighborhood, surrounded by nice homes and trees all around. The smell of nature was delightful, and waking up to gentle birdsongs...

“I really never write reviews but I wish someone would have told me about this home. The second bedroom is not a legal bedroom because it does not have a window. This mattered when the unit hit 81 degrees and there was no A/C. It was actually cooler outside than inside. The property owner has a video of how to adjust the thermostats and it shows cooling but the actual thermostat only has heat. Also the main part of the home had tenants above and you could hear their every movement. You could...

“We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was quiet, spacious, and well taken care of. Maricarmen and Carlos provided great communications. The location was perfect for us as it was quick to jump on the freeway and get anywhere we wanted in no time. We can't wait to stay here on our next trip.”

“Beautiful place, lots and lots of stairs. Waterfront is on a little lagoon that is made by the embankment for the train rt of way. Trains pass by occasionally, I found the sound kind of peaceful, but if you think you will be disturbed, bring ear plugs.There is a gorgeous fire place as the center of the house, but guests are not able to utilize it. The fire space on the beach is small and viney, but we made do. Just don't expect to sit around a fire for a long time.All in all, a very good stay...

“The home was well appointed. It has a great view of the Space Needle and Seattle. The beds were comfortable. It is very close to a great grocery store. Only down side is parking is tight. ”
