“Clean room, older hotel. Our door and door into ice/laundry was squeaky and bathtub faucet dripped. Quick fixes for those. Breakfast was good, fresh berries were a nice touch. Also nice the laundry machines were free. Housekeeping is every 3 days but you can request it if needed sooner.”

“I liked the room, but not some of the amenities. Wasn’t able to control the a/c through the thermostat or directly from the a/c unit. The ironing board was bent, had to place the iron on a table before maneuvering my cloth for the next position. And, the refrigerator was quite noisy — very noticeable at night when everything else is off.”

“We were locked out of our room for over two hours at one in the morning. We got back from the concert around midnight and our key wouldn’t work. My car keys were in the room, so we were stuck outside. The office closed at 11 and when trying to contact someone with their outdoor phone, no answer. Multiple people came to the office while we were sitting outside with the same issue. I called non-emergency and they sent an officer over when available. “Our suite was beautiful, and the lady at the desk was so helpful when I needed another blanket she gave me 2 for my son staying on the sofa bed. The only thing I was disappointed in was the surprise $19 charge for parking. I didn’t realize that there was a fee for parking (after being charged I saw it on the website), but it wasn’t mentioned anytime during checkin, I was just given a parking pass & was told I could park anywhere including event parking.”

“Love this hotel but in the recent remodel they removed the magnifying mirror in the bathrooms. The showers are “rain” head with not much pressure. Hair dryer was small, poor quality. Ladies need to prepare and bring your own things.”
