“The room was wonderful, the pool was fun, the breakfast was icing on the already wonderful cake!”

“Our king size bed only had standard size pillows. Hard to get settled. Our AC unit was very noisy as well. Room was clean and check in was easy.”

“No restroom in lobby for guests. No fan in bathroom No tissues in room No iron or board in room No ice machine in hotel No safe in room. From traveling all over the country , I thought these items were in every hotel in America. It was quiet and felt safe here. Very clean”

“I liked the room, but not some of the amenities. Wasn’t able to control the a/c through the thermostat or directly from the a/c unit. The ironing board was bent, had to place the iron on a table before maneuvering my cloth for the next position. And, the refrigerator was quite noisy — very noticeable at night when everything else is off.”

“This is a great hotel to stay at! It’s only a 25 minute drive to Seattle and the Southcenter mall is literally like 7 minutes away. I like how it has stuff close by as well. I’d recommend staying here!”

“Having a little store inside the lobby was nice when we didn’t have a car and there aren’t many places within walking distance. There are microwave meals and drinks along with candy. We forgot an item and it was saved for us on our return trip. The staff was friendly. The problem was with the noise from a club down the street and the patrons that started street racing and doing donuts on the corner at 1am, but that isn’t the motel’s fault.”

“Location was ok”

“We were locked out of our room for over two hours at one in the morning. We got back from the concert around midnight and our key wouldn’t work. My car keys were in the room, so we were stuck outside. The office closed at 11 and when trying to contact someone with their outdoor phone, no answer. Multiple people came to the office while we were sitting outside with the same issue. I called non-emergency and they sent an officer over when available. He was able to find someone to re-activate our...

“Staff was nice, had ants and roaches in the room”

“Everything was run down. Doors don't close, rusty tub, horrible towels. It doesn't look like anything has been done since it was built. It was depressing to return to. Just Don't.”

“It’s a dated building past its glory years. However it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with regards the airport shuttle. I would say the hotel standard was just above the price point paid.”
