“Was a one night stay due to Mountain pass closure and predicted evening snowfall. Was convenient and food next door.”

“Poor customer service overall. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first two days of our three-day stay and had to speak with three different staff members before anything was addressed. This place is an extended-stay apartment building than a hotel, with sketchy neighbors and an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s no room service or coffee machine either. The room itself was decent with a kitchenette setup but the overall experience was disappointing.”

“The receptionist lady was unwelcoming, rude, easily irritated. When asked quest responded with impatient/harsh tone of voice. Room was clean, parking feels safe with the security guard in place. There was no breakfast place in the hotel. If there was, the lady on the desk didn't say.”

“The bedding was very comfortable, the lighting and plug-ins were more than adequate. I think it would be helpful if the housekeeping staff would empty bathroom trash daily.”

“Room smelt musty, dirty. Likely the carpet hasn't been cleaned in ages holding the smell. Small ants in bathroom roaming about and paint and decor from sometime in the 1990's when deep burgandy walls and carpet were all the rage. Stay for the low rates and keep your expectations low.”
