We had an issue with the heater/AC unit after the first night and they immediately gave us the option to move to a new room whenever we were ready for it. The rooms are spacious and clean. “The Ace Hotel is a hidden gem! After a travel day from Hell (7-hr delay and 4 hrs one the tarmac) and constant updates and extensions in waiting for me, I arrived.
