“The property was in a convenient location. Very clean and we loved the shower amenities. The daily breakfast was very good, had a good selection. The only thing I would have been good is if the breakfast was served a little longer. Other than that, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“Our car had a smash and grab break in 75’ from guest check in , in their parking lot. The management refused to share video with us or the police , they claim they require a subpoena to release video footage. It’s good to know they care more to protect criminals on their premises than their guests.”

“The property was conveniently located, clean and modern. Not a fan of the expense of the parking but the valet guys were helpful and provided some good ideas for dinner. The process to get the car was super easy as well but just believe it should be included with the price of the room. The bathroom only had a shower as do most of their rooms except for mobility rooms so if you need a tub, this might not be for you.”

“Love this hotel but in the recent remodel they removed the magnifying mirror in the bathrooms. The showers are “rain” head with not much pressure. Hair dryer was small, poor quality. Ladies need to prepare and bring your own things.”

“Top tier service and environment. Populus balances a warm yet lively vibe. Everyone was exceptional from the valet, front desk, wait staff, baristas. The room feels modern yet warm. I love the details of greenery, wood. It’s a smaller hotel but lots of private room to chill, from a quirky library, side seats halfway up the lounge stairs, the cafe.
