“Front desk clerk was very nice. The issue I had was that there were no bath towels in the room, and I didn’t realize it until 4:00am when I had to shower.”

For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. “What a nasty smelly hotel. Carpet was so gross and the appearance of the inside needs some work. Our room was run down and smelled gross. Never would we have stayed if we would have knew how run down this hotel was!!!!!! ”

Our stay started with a negative interaction with the valet, who was rude and condescending when we briefly stopped to unload our car. “Quick stay for work. Got in late and just went to sleep. Comfortable room no complaints there. Next morning opened the window and noticed how dirty the room was. Not typical for this chain and may have been a fluke. Notified desk at check out and staff was very apologetic.”
