“Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

“The room was filled with trash as I walked in”

“What a nasty smelly hotel. Carpet was so gross and the appearance of the inside needs some work. Our room was run down and smelled gross. Never would we have stayed if we would have knew how run down this hotel was!!!!!! ”

“GREAT location. Shopping and theater close by… Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great customer care. Room was clean and very comfortable. The shower’s water pressure was a little slow but great if you have time. Microwave, mini fridge, and safe available in the room. ”

“We recently stayed at the Bellevue Club Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our stay started with a negative interaction with the valet, who was rude and condescending when we briefly stopped to unload our car. Instead of a welcoming arrival, we were questioned about whether we were checking in before the door was abruptly opened. It set an uncomfortable tone right away. “Nice facilities, enjoyed games room. Great service by the staff.”
