“The actual room is clean. The bathroom is terrible. The tub needs to be changed, wall is peeling off. TV is not working, telephone is dead, main door inside lock is hard to lock. Microwave is rusty not fit for foods!! The worst part was invasion of our privacy when we were resting in bed. The front desk issued another key to another guest. We got so scared when a tall man with long hair just entered our room. He came back with the front desk guy thinking we were intruders!! The front...

“Had a secent stayat the Residence Inn and the room was quite nice and clean. I must say though that the breakfast was horrible - powdered eggs, stale biscuits, and franks weren’t worth even trying to eat. Please do better. Thats a real horrible way to start the day and end my visit; it could’ve been great with just some more effort in the kitchen.”

“The property is run down and not maintained. The whole time we were checking in there was a police officer going in and out looking for someone. Walking into the room was the final straw. Water damage on ceiling. Bed was not level and the comforter had stains. Layers of dust on chair legs and along walls. The smell of mildew was overwhelming. “Poor customer service overall. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first two days of our three-day stay and had to speak with three different staff members before anything was addressed. This place is an extended-stay apartment building than a hotel, with sketchy neighbors and an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s no room service or coffee machine either. The room itself was decent with a kitchenette setup but the overall experience was disappointing.”

“Excellent place to stay. Our room included a patio/balcony and a king bed. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was very comfortable. The location is near a beautiful park and lots of places to eat. The only less than ideal thing was breakfast - it was pre-packaged items along with coffee and juice. However I still found something to eat. If I were in Seattle I’d make a point of staying here again!”
