“Rooms were decent definitely one of those sleeper motels where outside looks rough but rooms are great”

“Breakfast was disappointing. Limited section and waited a while to food to be refilled. Juice machine was out of order. Many oranges were rotten.”

“The name Hilton used to speak for itself, no review was necessary. * One clerk at front desk made check in an exercise in patience. * Hallway needed painted. *Room furniture was cheap damaged and unfitting of the name Hilton. *No stationary in desk or room service menu. Replaced by a scroungy UPC code. *Shower/tub was second rate and did not drain. *Hotel maintenance took for ever to come repair the issue. *The hotel maintenance man after repairing the drain went around me and despite...

“The bed was rock hard but the room was exactly how I hoped.”

“The heat/air was noisy so we turned to OFF position, but there was a steady loud humming that made it very difficult to sleep. We mentioned this to front desk and they said it was the humidifier that had to turn off from front desk. It solved the problem but would have nice to know before loosing sleep the night before. Leave an info note/sign on the unit.”

“Breakfast was great, the site says they offer a continental breakfast but it was much more. They offered, eggs, waffles and breakfast potatoes along with the standard oatmeal, yogurt and bagels. The front staff was helpful when we asked for suggestions on transportation options. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean and we had a great stay.”

“The breakfast was delicious (and can be made vegan-friendly. Ask for milk alternatives). Breakfast manager Zdenka made a big difference with her excellent service. ”

“staff is very nice and accommodating. we were traveling with a large dog and they are very kind and the property makes that easy. pet rooms have no carpet which is good but the rooms are a little tired but prices are reasonable and location worked well for us.”

“I did not like the pillows, they were too tall and hard to sleep on other than that everything was good”

“No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests.”

“The receptionist lady was unwelcoming, rude, easily irritated. When asked quest responded with impatient/harsh tone of voice. Room was clean, parking feels safe with the security guard in place. There was no breakfast place in the hotel. If there was, the lady on the desk didn't say.”
