“Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

“I highly recommend this unit in the Green Lake area in Seattle. The location was great, the beds were comfortable, the place was very clean, and the price was reasonable. I would suggest bringing your own toiletries as those were lacking. It was an easy check in and out process, and the host communicated regularly. Bonus that coffee grounds & coffee maker were provided and they allow dogs for a reasonable fee. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!”

“The space was perfect for spending time together, around the table and in the living room. It's sunny and very clean, with a handy downstairs half-bath. The kitchen has plenty of space for storing food and cooking. The outside is pretty, especially the holly trees. The neighborhood is attractive and very walkable, within easy distance of a small, pretty park, a greenway, and the grassy campus of a community college, as well as the light rail.
