“At first glance, things were great, big room, nice balcony. Then we noted our TV had Direct TV with no streaming services. Our room happened to be in a WiFi dead zone so I had to use my phone as a hotspot. The Direct TV kept glitching so it’s a good thing we brought games. There was a dirty bandaid in the elevator for two days until I reported it to the front desk. My sheet had a tear in it, when I reported it to the front desk, nothing happened even though I’d been assured it would be passed on...

“The location is great but I was not impressed as in previous years. The parking lot is small due to construction and they charge for parking. Whole checking in the staff provided zero information about amenities, breakfast or anything else. The pool had a large amount of unsupervised children and stunk. Our room only had bedding for 4, even through we booked 6 and was very dingy. I don’t think we will return.”

“I really liked that this hotel was located in a very central location. We took the train from the airport to the Space Needle then the hotel was a 5-6 minute walk from there. We then used the city bikes to take the 15-20 minute ride down to the Pikes Place Market . The buffet for breakfast was great, lots of options, and the room and lobby was nice. We also used the gym which had good equipment. Overall, when I go back to Seattle, I would go back to this hotel.”

“We slept fine. It’s just the cleaning needed more attention to detail and our screen door was broken. The other units had screen doors. Ours was just left in a pile like one of the kind with Velcro on the porch. The bikes could’ve been a little better maintained, but it was fun to ride a bike there so that was nice, but the breakfast was the best thing, that was really good. I just don’t think anybody knows how to clean anymore and there’s certainly isn’t anybody who checks up on him.”
