“The HOT TUB wAS NOT WORKING. - A BIT DISSAPOINTING AS that was one of the reasons to book this . the staff and hotel were very courteous. shout out to the staff who returned my Gold chain which my daughter had left during check out - the lodge should reward the staff for honesty and appreciation - and doing the right thing. great location too -”

“Unfortunate series of events having no shower curtain leading to minimal help To get one. Room had crusty spots as if floors were puked on and not cleaned.”

“Nice property along the Methow River, and walking distance to town, however lots of noise from heavy traffic. The cabin was well appointed with a nice kitchen if you want to eat in. The beds and couches were well used and too soft for our liking and we felt the price was too high for the quality, but it is busy season so to be somewhat expected.”

“Breakfast was not as nice as during other stays. Frittatas were good though. Issues with our door lock but staff were super helpful. Cabin window and outdoor furniture slightly broken. None were deal breakers, just not as nice as the last time I stayed here. Room was clean and we had what we needed.”

“My stay was not good, for the price I paid I should of had a little better of a stay.. staff was not helpful, housekeeping didn't come around to give clean towels and the blanket and comforter both on the bed had a nasty musty/pee smell and when I went to the front desk to ask for different ones, I was told housekeeping had left for the day and front desk "didn't have keys" for the clean linen closet that the housekeeper took it with her so I had to "deal" with the stinky blankets and no clean...

“Amazingly beautiful location with such fun amenities! Only disappointing part was the food, very expensive and pretty sub par. And it will take at least a 15 min drive to find other food, but otherwise such an amazing spot and would come back again.”

“Nice clean room, with easy checkin and parking right outside the door. We were on the ground floor I’d recommend the upper level as ground floor soundproofing is not great.”

“It is a cute place, be ready for a more rustic experience as far as bathrooms and washrooms go. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was a very flimsy lock, and we were the only ones on property for most the stay with spotty cell phone service. That part didn’t feel safe. If there were on site help or other campers around I think I would have felt more safe.”
