“Clean and nice ”

“The pool and hot tub was closed but wasn’t told. They didn’t ask me to sign when I checked in. I walked into my room and my pull out mattress was filthy and had crumbs everywhere, there was broken tile in the bathroom, the vent was caked with dust. Our tv didn’t work. Anytime I tried looking for an employee no one was available. ”

“There is no elevator , no water dispenser to fill water . Asked for a walk up call , didn’t get it . No hand towels . One face cloth for a two queen bedroom. ”

“Clean, comfortable and well cared property. Fairly priced and located away from the noisy freeway.”

“Breakfast was sub par. The lobby and rooms had a really off putting smell. Blankets were not warm. Recommended we park where we could see our car.”

“The room was absolutely disgusting. I think there was more mold than paint. The toilet seat was dirty and had hair on it. The walls had holes all over and the smell was foul. I stepped in walked through and walked right back out.”

“Comfy beds, great fresh breakfast. We were expecting a coffee machine in our room & when mentioned to the front desk, even though they don't supply them any more, she brought one right up when requested! Good handicap parking close to the door. TV didn't work but front desk again came right up to fix it!”

“Comfortable room … although very thin walls between rooms! Loud neighbors. Friendly staff and convenient airport shuttle.”

“Rooms were spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was fair. Great for families. ”

“Staff that cleans was great. Booked a king room with a kitchenette, got a queen bed teeny tiny room instead. Came for dance competition, prices were SO INFLATED. Unaffordable for the closet size rooms that they are. No accommodations and no rooms to switch out to. Not at all impressed.”
