“Our unit had recently bern refreshed, a quality was achieved. The issue we had was there was not enough light in the living area. It was too dark to read and i would not have been confident about cooking with the lack of light. The new light shade thst was was very nice but not practical, there is definitely a need fir further lights. On the other hand the bedroom was over lite and over white. ”

“Excellent place to stay. We had a spacious 2 bedroom unit. Was missing kitchen utensils and they ask you to clean the communal BBQ if you use it, but nothing available to clean the BBQ with. Highly recommend”

“My partner and I stayed here for our 2 year wedding anniversary and the staff could not have been nicer!! They were so lovely from check in to check out making sure we had what we needed and providing that beautiful location for us to stay in. The decor in the house and our room in particular was stunning, rich and colourful. We would 100% recommend staying here as it’s only a 2 minute walk to the train station that takes you practically everywhere around Auckland!! Thank you Aachen House :))”

“Super easy check, plenty of parking and seemed safe. Friendly staff on site during business hours and a little later. Bathrooms were very chic! Waterfall showerhead and floor to ceiling tile. Plus for a discount priced hotel, the rooms were very clean. Great location close to airport. Liked it enough to stay two separate times. ”

“Very spacious and clean with lots of room for parking. The shower pressure was excellent and loved the electric blankets on the beds. The only down-side for us was the stove elements weren't heating up properly and the tv was a bit too high tech for us to figure out. But great place otherwise! ”
