“Have stayed here several times over the last 10 years —hotel just as nice and well kept as it was when newer —manager at front desk said hotel is 15 years old but still looks great . It’s just an all around great hotel . It’s very close to the 15 interstate but is not noisy at all . Really not many restaurants within walking distance but are very close by . The breakfast area room is nice and large wasn’t crowded during my stay but even if more guests in hotel room feels more open than some...

“Clean room, parking felt secure, air conditioning was working properly. Staff however did seem unprofessional. The lady upfront with red hair (didn’t get her name) was very unprofessional towards her colleague. Red hair lady asked a question to her colleague and when the colleague replied that her requested days were listed on the calendar (because she was busy helping to check us in) the red hair lady replied very rudely “well that doesn’t help me out much now does it”! I did not find her to be...

“The entire stay was amazing! Clean rooms, kind staff, and the hot breakfast daily was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for anything better when going to the area. It’s also a fair distance from Big Bear Lake which is why we stayed in the area! The hotel is also a very short walk away from so many different things, shops, stores, you name it! I will definitely be returning to this hotel if I go back to this area, worth it, we felt very very safe! ”
