The staff were all so helpful and friendly. They helped us navigate throughout Milan. Hotel Berna even kept our luggage for a few days while we kept exploring parts of Italy using just our carry on. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, close to everything and had everything you need if you're traveling and need to re-cooperate. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel, but expensive. The sound proof between the rooms not to standard and we had to whisper so not to disturb the adjacent room

The staff was friendly and the view of the lake is nice. However this is NOT a 4 star property. It’s at most 2.5 stars. The rooms are super small, there is no closet, your clothes and suitcases will be right next to your bed. There is no gym. The pool is not heated. The area around the hotel is not the glamorous Lake Garda one would expect, it is surrounded by campgrounds, bungalows, rundown apartment buildings, low-end hotels and houses. There are better places to stay on Lake Garda.

Walking distance to everything and staff was very helpful even though we did not speak Italian.
