“There was a wedding on and were told we could not order a sandwich at 3pm from the bar menu until after 6.30! at 6.30 we were hungry and ordered Chunky Fries (frozen skinny chips) fish (frozen) and a veggie burger (either frozen or not cooked sufficiently) We had to pay on ordering and not able to add to the bill???? No one available to complain to and send it back. The last time we stayed, we ordered sandwiches from the bar after returning from a show. They never brought them we waited...

“Nice accomodation. Friendly staff and adequate facilities for a short stay. We liked the location which is about a 15 minute walk to the south bay. Parking discs provided by the hotel which give you three hours free parking, but the parking restrictions apply between. 10 and 5 most days. 2 day permits are £10 and a much more convenient option. Plenty of parking right outside the property.”

“The location of the property is good if you don't mind walking. The parking permit given to allow parking in certain zones is very good. Although if busy can be difficult to find a space but that is nothing the owners can control. The room was clean. We had the small double room. It is very compact. The bed seems very small for a double and is pushed against a wall, not ideal when 2 people are sleeping in it. The shower was small too. You can hear the conversations in the next room. Would i...

“Very helpful staff as we had to check in late, easy to reach via phone as well, useful booklet in the room and more info leaflets in the communal space.”
