“We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly, approachable and couldn’t do enough for us. Acted on our requests swiftly and without issue. Breakfast was good but would like a bit more choice of continental items. We stopped in superior rooms and they were excellent. Would definitely stay again. Good location. Free parking on site but limited spaces. Thank you To all staff for our lovely stay and making us feel welcome.”

“Just a one night away trip with a couple of days coastal walking. Very smart pub with rooms. In a superior room with high quality fixtures and fittings, very comfortable. Staff all very friendly with an excellent dinner menu and very good breakfast. Only minor issue was how quick dinner service was - would have preferred to have spent longer over our meal. Starter arrived very quickly and the main arrived before we had even finished our starter ! As I say however a minor issue in the overall...

“Came here for a mid week break first time of coming to Scarborough and it was amazing from start to finish. Very friendly staff very welcoming and no trouble to help when need. The view from the room was breath taking looking over the north bay and the castle. The room was beautiful very clean and had everything in what we need. Will deffo be planning on coming back soon next time longer and with my daughter ”

So nice to stay somewhere that isn’t a generic Premier/Travel Lodge this place has a soul and heartbeat and we will definitely be back. ”
