“This is actually a motel, a small one but rooms are great, clean and comfortable”

“Jerry at the front desk, awesome. So were the other ladies but I didn’t catch their names. Breakfast was great. Again ladies working in the breakfast room were very kind and hardworking. Pool, water slide and tub were awesome for kids and adults to unwind.”

“No restaurant for breakfast until 11 a.m. Room was clean. Shower had no place to put soap except the shower floor. Only 1 hanger for coats or clothing. Price was very reasonable and the staff we interacted with were professional.”

“Had a booking and was supposed to arrive before midnight. However the road going west from Golden to Revelstoke was closed due to avalanche control. So, I had no choice but to stay in Golden overnight instead. Called next day explained the situation and they refused to not charge me for the night. It was clearly a case of unable to arrive at hotel. What sort of management decision to charge for an unexpected circumstance. I hope your hotel makes a good profit from an unethical business practice....

“Great room, facing the mountain, very spacious, nice bathroom, rugs and furniture (dressers) need replacing - old, and very stained rug. Very comfortable though, good beds !!! Staff very nice. ”
