“After a long drive ( we got stuck behind an accident aftermath ) we arrived. Front desk lady was able to upgrade our room to a suite ! The kids and adults were grateful for that extra room ! Will be back”

“We chose the hotel for the fun pool; however, the state of the hotel has significantly declined since we last came in 2019. The duvets had blood stains, the carpet really stained and torn up, and bacterium Serratia marcescens in the showers. The beds were so uncomfortable we were up all night and everyone woke up with aching backs, even the kids. We normally couldn’t be bothered as it is just somewhere to sleep while having other adventures but this was so bad I feel compelled to write a review.”

“Stay there for three days with my kids, food was good, bed was super comfy, kids loved the pool and slide, overall the hotel was pretty good, my one criticism would be the noise. The noise from other guests as they walked down the hall and especially the noise travelling between rooms was almost like a dorm. Perhaps I was just at the right place at the wrong time, but it was pretty uncomfortable.”

“The property is a cosy and homey log cabin hotel. Rooms were great and all the little extra touches were very nice. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends and family. A true gem.”
