Hotel a Sorrento

“The bed was very nice and clean and comfortable. However, the walls, doors, floors seemed like they hadn't been washed in a while. The only plug in we could find was a power cord that had been glued crooked to the wall. It is an old building that needs some basic upgrades and maintenance, such as a fresh coat of paint, new furniture (the 1 chair in the room was broken), and a good scrub top to bottom. It was an ok stay, but we probably would look for something else next time.”

“Very neat and clean with a comfortable bed. Could not get the heat on though and it had only got to 12 C that day so the room was chilly. ”

“The parking was the best of this stay. Young man on front desk was very non commital. The room, of course you get what you pay for, was not up to any standard. The staff cleaned it but the bathroom wasnt pleasant. Had to open the door to turn around. Not a pleasant experience all around. Sorry”

“I've stayed in two different rooms this week. First one was #6. Seemed clean. Did not use the shower. Hand soap was nice and moisturized. Second time I stayed in room 8, seemed clean until I went to shower. No fan in the bathroom, towels smelled kind of like wet dog? When I had the shower running, it smelled like ammonia, not pleasant. The shower curtain was dirty , definitely need to wash those as often as the towels , as it's cloth and tends to get musty. Tub and toilet very clean. First time...

“What makes this property special are Elsa and Brian who made a personal effort to provide good service. From helping with the door key, to carrying luggage and providing room service for dinner they went the extra mile and it makes a difference. The room and bathroom were very clean. Good value for money. The property is not fancy but I’m very glad we chose it as it was a positive rather than neutral experience on our journey.”
