“When we checked in we waited for our room to be ready, at 3:56pm I asked if it was ready. They said it was. Upon entering the room we noticed several issues, no toilet paper and no refill,smudges in the bathroom mirror as well as in the balcony door, sink dirty and stained. The tub was clogged and took forever for the water to go down the drain, there was no body wash gel, hardly any shampoo towels did not look clean but reclycled. “If your trying to save some money, there aren't maybe places that put on as good a show. The hotel is classicly dated. Tucked away just off some forever road construction in Stroudsburg PA. Minutes from main street (Gamers Edge )and the Pocono Cinema and Cultural Center (Great ice Cream and movie treats) The area has great diners within 15min but for the most part you'll have to hit main street for any night life as Stroudsburg is on Small town time. “Location was great. Many restaurant choices within walking distance. Free parking in an entertainment district a bonus. The room we stayed in was newly renovated. Great price.”

“Hotel system was down and delayed check in. We checked in at 330p and the hotel checked another guest in our room around 930p. The other guests tried entering our room 3x, which was very scary. I called the front desk and no answer. Went to front desk and they said the room was showing as vacant. The front staff apologized with no regards for the safety of my family and told me it's because I booked with a 3rd party. Didn't offer me a refund or any accommodation for the mishap.”

“Upon checking into my first room, I was immediately hit by a strong, lingering smell of marijuana, which forced me to request a room change. While the second room was better, the bathroom had a heavy, deep-seated cigarette smoke odor that ultimately gave me a headache. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they claimed they wouldn't know about the smoke smell unless a guest points it out—an explanation I found hard to understand, as the odor was quite obvious. “great for couples and affordable, very relaxing, restaurants are excellent as well”

“The pool was nice put needs more lounge chairs by outdoor pool. Had no towels available for pool. Was nice for a couple of days. Room stayed in was nice but needs updating. ”

“I chose the place because of the pool and laundry room but laundry rooms was out of service. If I knew that I’ll go somewhere else. I should have received some money back.”

“The room was full of flies and it smelled like cigarettes. No staff around to complain.”

“The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help.”
