“The AC/Heater worked perfectly. Room was clean. Amenities, just enough Pleasant staff/front desk Price reasonable Safety - Lots of lights I spent only one night (twice); my overview during the quick exhausted night was really short. Yes, I recommend it if the stay is for a short period of time. The smokers stay too close to the entrances/back doors. I noticed the laundry room looking unclean made me wonder about materials washed... Believe it or not I would return again because of the price.”

“We booked this bed and breakfast for a weekend marriage conference. Before arriving we were called and told that they had to move our room to the carriage house due to a septic issue with the main manor. The carriage house is a smaller building on the property. Upon arriving it felt a bit run down overall. We entered our room on the second floor of the carriage house. It was small but quaint and what we needed. “Breakfast was fine. I stayed 2 nights so I assumed my towels would be replenished and trash changed after the 1st night and even left a tip yet when I returned the next day it was not done and i ended up going to the front desk for towels to shower the next morning. I still left a tip upon departure and stripped and piled the linen to make things easier and was sure all trash was bagged ”

“staff was amazing and attentive as much as possible. missing ceiling tiles, broken water leak stained ceiling tiles. 2nd night out heater/ac unit was in cooling set to 73 with fan in auto. woke up 3:30am, room was 67 degrees and unit not responding to thermostat commands. at 4-4:30 went to front desk to see if they had main breaker access. NO. suggested moving rooms with all our stuff and our kid. i walked away without saying a word as she was respectful and not her fault. spent another 20 mins...

“Walked in and actually felt at home with the knick knacks on the counter and people having casual conversations with the receptionist and they let me leave my trailer parked locked up perfectly in front of cameras that they showed me would be the safest spot while I ran errands the next morning! Perfect place to stay and can't recommend enough!”

“The property was being renovated during my stay. Friends were luckier to be placed in a room that had already been remodeled. My room was okay, but in need of an update to clean out the ick that just builds over time. The work was being done directly above my room and started before 8:30 a.m., so I was awoken by drilling & pounding. Kind of a bummer to pay the same for a lesser quality experience.”

“The staff was very nice. But unfortunately my stay was not ideal. I checked out early bc the shower smelled like rotten eggs. Additionally, I found fair in my sheets.”
