“The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby was very inviting with the fireplace on. There was coffee and water available, if needed. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool areas were very nice, also. My husband and I will definitely return.”

“I’ve stayed many times in past years and you can see the decline from when it first opened. I was in a two bedroom suite. Holes in the wall, fridge was dented, no real amenities to speak of. Waited 30 mins to check in because there was nobody at the front desk. When they did show up no apology and barely acknowledged me.”

“Parking lot very clean with ample parking spaces. Property is very old and run down. Hallway carpeting smells musty and of old cigarettes. Good size bathroom, very clean. “Spotlessly clean upon our arrival, the rooms already pre-heated for the cold day, and every amenity available we could wish for. That included firewood and starter kit for a nominal fee, plus rowboat with safety vests and oars included in the cabin price. The cabin was, in addition to being immaculately clean, very nicely appointed and cozy with the pine wood paneling. “The breakfast had all the items that my wife and I wanted. Everything was spotless and there were more than enough tables and chairs fort a reelaxing meal. The parking is in back of and to the side of the entrance only a few steps to the front doors with plenty of parking spaces. The staff, from the front desk to the maintenence folks were all friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The hotel is located a few steps from the main street which makes everything you might want withing a few minutes...

“This was such a peaceful stay. We took our dog with us ($75 by the way. We didn’t know it was an extra charge) and she was so happy with nature, us being city people. The hiking trail was great. I loved that there was no television, but my husband didn’t! There is wifi though. Next time we will get a stand alone cabin for more privacy. But our room was fantastic: fridge, pots, pans, stove, etc. It was ready all you need to bring is food. Oh and ice, they sell ice, but i would have preferred ice...

“We had a wonderful stay at the Frog 🐸 Town Inn. My Wife & I only stay one evening and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet nights rest in the most comfortable bed! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and will be back another time to try the dinner at the restaurant Butter. This was especially special to me to be here because my grandfather use to own this inn many years ago when I was a boy. To be inside again and walk the property, the memories just came right back.
