“It was an unexpected surprise when we arrived to find it was like a little house minus the kitchen. It did have a small fridge. It was much bigger than a hotel room. We will stay again if we are in the area.”

“Difficult to find the property with huge highway construction going on right across the street. (obviously out of the facility's control) Stairways to all rooms make accessibility difficult. Also, hallways need brighter lighting and carpeting. (who chose that carpet??) The combination of low light and dark carpet made stairways treacherous. Ice machines were not operating. “Checking in was fast. Staff were professional and pleasant. Clean overall. However our room had a broken curtain rod and the curtain was stained. Air conditioner was very loud making it difficult to sleep throughout the night. I believe this property is non-smoking, but there were people outside the main entrance smoking. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter a non-smoking building….I didn’t appreciate that as a non-smoker. No breakfast at this motel.”

“The staff person was clearly having a difficult time being kind or caring, at all. Very dismissive. Set a very bad tone for the visit. The room had a loud a/c unit and there were minimal towels. It was just a stay, it wasn’t a stay at a Hampton.”

“The lady at the front desk was great! The was not that great. It smelled like cat pee and regular pee. The hall had a musty odor. You can tell it is an older hotel. The free breakfast less then what you usually get so we did not really eat there. I know that a lot of places offer the free breakfast and it is free. However, if you advertise it , make it a better quality. It was easy to find but getting in an out of the driveway is a little crazy. I think I am done staying at Quality Inns because...

“The property manager, Jackie, was great. She went beyond expectations to assure us late arrival. We found the room and property a very good value to sleep and shower after a local music festival. It's your old fashion strip motel, with convenient parking right in front of your room. Our room had been recently renovated and provided everything we needed. Would stay there again. Thanks again Jackie!”

“I checked out after seeing my room. The owner refused to refund my money! The facility was not updated as advertised. The pictures where staged. The appearance of the room was not even close except for the wallpaper behind the bed! I had to drive further down to stay at the Days Inn which was much nicer. Advice to future travels, keep driving! Very dirty!”

“Great place to stay. I expected a lot less. The room was small but the bathroom was roomy. The check in was easy and the woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The price was a bit high but Saturday in Milford, it’s not herd to understand. The room was very clean and the property is well kept. The owners take pride in their motel. Glad I stayed.”

“This was about the 4th or 5th time my husband and I have stayed here. It's a hidden gem. Every single time we go it is such a pleasant experience. We've had a different room each time and I tell you when you open the door to your room, you feel like you're stepping into a small resort. The rooms are clean, comfortable and decorated so nicely.
