“Adult-only private atmosphere and the deers were friendly 😊 we loved the amenities and the staff/guest were friendly.”

“Look, you get what you pay for... this place was not worth quite that. The room was OK (e.g., bed and chairs) but that was about it. The TV had 4 channels (only) that pixelated/froze every few seconds, The plumbing needs a lot of work, The room does not have "heating controls" - but rather just a knob that turns the (loud) heater on or off... The walls are thin enough that I could hear conversations from 2-3 rooms away... My overall review... Ouch.”

“The room was very clean and just what we needed. The common areas are nice and comfortable. It is nice to have access to coffee, tea and snacks through out the day. Breakfast was especially good!”

“I am a diabetic and breakfast were foods I could not ear.”

“Large living area and kitchen. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.”

“We enjoyed a lovely stay at this charming farm barn in Pennsylvania. Simple, cozy, and welcoming, it was a wonderful place to slow down and relax. The delicious breakfast was a highlight and a great way to start the day. We’d happily stay again!”

“This property was modern, clean, easy to check in and out and the lake view was great! It had a relaxing vibe. I highly recommend it and will book this property the next time I’m in the area.”

“Nice garden. Small older rooms but the deck and dining is pleasant”

“Not so happy”

“Rundown, dirty, bad breakfast, bad bed. Thanks bed and breakfast, you missed the assignment entirely. And you charged a lot for nothing.”

“Staff was good. Things need maintenance in the room. The driveway is in bad shape.”

“Clean but mattresses are well past their life.”

“The house is super large and cozy. It has everything you need to have a good time with friends. I celebrated my birthday and we had a great time. We cooked on the grill, played board games and enjoyed the jacuzzi. And the truth is that the price is excellent, I would love to come back.”
