“Restaurant and bar is poorly run. Food was horrendous and a compleye disappointment from years past. Bartender didn't know how to mix basic drinks. Room had no hot water for the shower.”

“The staff were most welcoming and very pleasant and helpful. I travel with my service dog and really appreciated the pet area at the front of the hotel, breakfast was fresh with a good variety of hot food and the typical breakfast cereals. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again in the future.”

“Hotel posizionato lungo la strada per le Niagara Falls ma troppo distante da loro. Molto poco pulito, lenzuola macchiate banco non pulito (sporcizia nei angoli e sopra il lavandino). Caffè già aperto. ”

“Enjoyed the building architecture, size of our room and location. The bathroom needed some towel rings/racks to hang a towel. And an exhaust fan would've also been helpful. Window looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. But all in all, it was a nice hotel to stay at.”

“Un gioiello nel mezzo del nulla !!! Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“Safety was beyond an issue. There were people screaming at 4:00 in the morning and somebody tried to break into my room at around the same time. My family went into the pool for the last hour that it was open and the kids were so rowdy that were there. You had children that were peeing in the corner and defecating by the pool. They will also throwing the mats that are there so people don't slip into the pool on people's heads. My daughter is from the Bronx and she even got out the pool. Nobody...

“The room was huge and very clean, the breakfast was great. I didn't get to enjoy the pool cuz we were tired coming from montage mountain but I would def stay there again...”

“Older motel that has been refurbished nicely. Smaller room with shower only but fine for me. Bed was comfy and area was quiet during stay.”

“The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!”

“We recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel was very clean, our room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The property is well maintained, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. Unfortunately, we experienced a very disturbing incident at the pool that cannot be ignored.
