“Hotel posizionato lungo la strada per le Niagara Falls ma troppo distante da loro. Molto poco pulito, lenzuola macchiate banco non pulito (sporcizia nei angoli e sopra il lavandino). Caffè già aperto. ”

“Un gioiello nel mezzo del nulla !!! Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“My reservation was canceled due to an error in credit card even though I was supposed to pay at the property. Thankfully they had another room available. Once there our stay was wonderful. However, in the morning of departure I got a text saying there was a charge to my card that was my original payment so I had to cancel that card and now I have to wait for a new bank card to be mailed so all in all this was a very frustrating experience.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable but there were some things that did not sit right with me during my stay. When checking in I was standing outside for a good 30 mins and had to call the front desk so the person in the back room ran out to their table to check me in. During my stay, when I had my room cleaned, the cleaning people threw out some of my shoe boxes that weren't even in the trash, just sitting in the closet with my other shoes, when I came to the front desk to ask about it all...
