“Wonderful stay as usual”

“We enjoyed our stay at this Victorian B&B. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy and we had a delicious breakfast. It is located on a main road and is easy to find. The inn is nicely appointed. We do enjoy the charm of an old historic dwelling and the antique furnishings. Adrienne is friendly and hospitable.”

“An older hotel but clean, quiet, comfortable beds. The bathroom is very small but everything worked. Breakfast was good.”

“Right after arriving and unpacking, I went for a walk around the area. After a minute, a very polite yellow lab trotted up to my side and gave me a nice tour in exchange for several scritches and pats. 10/10 employee(s). As for the accommodations, it was very comfortable and relaxing without feeling like too much "resort". Will be back!”

“The room was clean and nicely decorated. The check-in process was convenient, as I could check in at any time after 4 pm once I received the code.”

“Had a great time, Dante and Lisa were amazing hosts, hot tub was clean and hot, pool was amazing. Great rooms and lots of space to relax. Breakfast was wonderful definitely be back thanks....”

“The hotel has not been updated, and it would’ve been fine, if it was clean, but it wasn’t. There are stains on the carpet, we found someone else’s sock under the bed, the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were broken and stained, the tub was lined with mold, and the sink looked like it was falling off the wall. As we were checking in, another guest was complaining about it raining in her room (it was raining outside). You also cannot flush the toilet before showering. I will never stay here again.”

“I have been around the Lake Wally/Hawley + area for 40yrs (first owning a small summer place on the lake & as a local camp nurse for 20yrs), I always wanted to stay at Settlers--dined there many times--visited the gift shop, even looked into the rooms--finally got the chance--Wonder/Beautiful/Tranquil/Unique!!!”

“The Staff were extremely kind, The little shop was quaint. The outside surrounding was eh. The room itself was a no thrills room and was tiny. It had new vinyl floors which was nice. But the bathroom was not updated at all. The bed was comfy. And the heat worked great, it got cold the night i stayed.”

“Fantastic all inclusive stay! Breathtaking views, accommodating staff, clean and stocked! Full kitchen, we had no problem making meals and washing dishes in the dishwasher. Clean linens, extra linens, great time! Recreation area is amazing too! All around, good time!”
