“The property had a ton of amenities. It was close to everything and was incredibly clean. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. We will stay here again.”

“The Icona is perfectly placed and super convenient. Rooms are roomy and clean with great views food is top notch the staff is the best of the best. The elevator is a little small no issues for us just a note if it matters to someone. Overall a 10 out of 10!!”

“Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here. ”

“I’m not sure of this was due to Expedia, or the hotel but the willingness to accommodate a price match was absolutely useless. I understand there were many cancellations for the holiday weekend due to weather so I would have been perfectly content with a price match. The rate was $115-140 for that weekend. Once the weather was bad and ppl were cancelling. I paid $283, I selected pay at hotel. They tried to charge me 8 days in advance and then again the morning of the charged me $283. I was going...

“Everything went pretty good except for both nights that we stayed here we were woken up 4 or 5 times between 1am and 4am because there were 30 kids hanging out on the patio all night. Mention it to the front desk they didn’t seem to care much about it. They use a flat sheet to cover the mattress and it was bear at the bottom end of it. The quilt on the bed was paper thin. The tub had hair in it.”

“Reason I gave such a low review is because when I booked this hotel, I was expecting to stay in the building that was on the boardwalk (as advertised). Didn’t expect or knew that there was 3(?) different buildings. When we got there, there was no one at the reception, when they finally got there, we asked for 2 keys, one ended up not working at all.
