While there are features such as cleanliness and service that rate 5 stars, this is not a 5 star property. “Great stay on the beach and near the boardwalk”

“This place was filthy. The lock on our door didn’t even work. The bathroom shelf was so loose I thought it was going to break. The toilet was dirty. The room stunk. There were people standing out side smoking marijuana and drinking. It was so bad, we only stayed one night if our two night stay. We chose to stay awake for 24 straight hours and drive home rather than staying another night there.”

“Except for the narrow parking spots, this is a favorite place to stay. We come once or twice a year now, always during the shoulder seasons so the area is laid back and relaxed. The rooms are nicely laid out and the staff is helpful. One block from the beach.”
