“Did a late booking for a business trip. Great service by staff who contacted me and explained the self check in process as I arrived in the late evening. Accommodated a late change I made and were very helpful. Beautifully renovated property with lots of parking, spacious room with good amenities and comfy bed and bedding. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Highly recommended for business or pleasure!!!”

“From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The room was comfortable & toiletries were provided. We had an evening meal there, and food was wonderful. The staff and owner were first class, I'd definitely recommend staying there.”

“From greeting us to our departure we felt individually welcomed by both Josh and his partner. Lovely accommodation and we peeked in the other rooms that they have available, all looked spacious, well thought out and with those additional personal touches. Comfy bed, linen and spacious area to shower in. Loved the breakfast room as well. Such a lovely friendly couple making you feel so welcome throughout. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Great find, we were really pleased with the location. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant was more of a canteen style, which met our needs for this trip. But if you are looking for fine dining you would need to drive elsewhere. ”

“A charming property in a beautiful and quiet setting. Delightful people, a very clean and well presented room and bathroom. We received a great welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. Breakfast was varied and the 'full English' was perfect.”

“The staff were very welcoming. The room was amazing. The breakfast choices were varied. My wife had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast and i had the big full english, both of which were cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. We highly recommend you stay here if you get the chance.”

"The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best in class products. If you want a superior SPA you truly have to struggle to find one. WiFi was excellent and stable. The staff in general was young and inexperienced, but the tried their best."
