“We had a delightful night away, all the staff were friendly and professional from arrival to departure. Great selection of drinks at the bar, good selection of food on the menu, clean and quirky bedroom and a quality breakfast. ”

“Mancava l'acqua calda; abbiamo chiesto alla reception e ci hanno detto che il guasto sarebbe stato risolto in 10-15 minuti. Purtroppo non è stato risolto. Il termosifone della camera da letto non era funzionante. Abbiamo chiesto il prezzo del taxi per l'aeroporto e ci hanno dato un'informazione sbagliata. Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte”

“Stanza molto pulita e comoda. Colazione eccellente e con molte scelte. Cito in particolare lo staff della sala colazione e la responsabile che con efficienza teneva tutto pulito ed ordinato senza essere invadente. Complimenti! ”

“The room was clean and tidy but the heating was not working and we had a plug in radiator wbich just about kept it warm and the bathroom needed a bit of modernisation”

“the hotel is clearly overated, the conditions aren't so good, very old fornitures, not particularly nicely kept, and not very comfortable bed. the room is large but still i would not go back there. value for money is considered low. ”

“A circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione x treno x londra e vicino circa 5 minuti all'autobus x aereoporto di luton. Tutto molto comodo e fuori dal caos londinese. Paese ricco e grazioso.”
