My husband and I stayed here for a weekend last summer and loved it. We had the same wonderful experience this second time around as expected. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The gym is small but has everything you need. Ad ogni ora sono disponibili benvande calde e fredde e i bagel.
Dalla terrazza si gode una bellissima vista sullo skyline

Hotel surroundings are not the best, but they are heavily working to improve them. During April 2025 there were work in progress near the hotel, so bring a good pair of earplugs for your stay!"

"Ottimo hotel, la stanza veniva pulita ogni giorno con cambio di asciugamani. Ho chiesto di far pulire meglio la camera essendo allergica alla polvere e subito mi hanno accontentata. Unica nota negativa è stata la colazione in quanto era ripetitiva e non c’era molta scelta , e mancanza di colazione dolce. Di contro acqua e caffè sempre a disposizione gratuitamente per tutta la giornata "

Il quartiere forse non è dei migliori ma a 10 min a piedi dall'hotel c'è la fermata della metro F che porta praticamente dappertutto da Manatthan a Central Park ecc.
Anche arrivare dal JFK è comodissimo.

"The hotel has large rooms (if compared to the Manhattan hotels!) and good beds and towels in the bathrooms. The cafeteria at the reception level offers a good “Special Breakfast” at 13.99 and the restaurant on top (15th floor) has a good menu for dinner at a reasonable price, considering the view over Manhattan skyline!
Staff is kind and helpful. There are a couple of subway stations at walking distance: Queensboro bridge with no elevator and 3 lines and Queens Plaza with elevator and other 3 lines including the “E” to JFK Airport. I will use this hotel again!

"Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo hotel situato nel quartiere dell' Upper West Side. La zona è molto bella, tranquilla e non caotica con molti bei locali da raggiungere a piedi. 2 fermate della metro sono vicine all hotel e consentono di muoversi con facilità. La stanza era spaziosa, l'unico problema era un fastidiosissimo rumore che ci ha svegliato ogni mattina verso le 6:30. L'hotel fornisce ai clienti dei buoni di 10 dollari a testa al giorno da poter spendere nella bakery presente al piano terra della struttura. La qualità dei prodotti è eccellente, sia dolci che salati, e ci ha consentito di risparmiare molto durante il soggiorno. Infine è anche presente un distributore per ricaricare le bottiglie d'acqua, molto utile visti i prezzi dell'aqua in bottiglia a New York."
