“I had higher expectations for this hotel based on the brand name, reviews and pricing. The staff was pleasant enough and generally helpful, but the overall experience fell short. The room had several design and maintenance issues. The shower only had a half-glass door, which made it difficult to keep water from splashing onto the bathroom floor. There were also no towel racks or convenient places to hang towels, which was surprisingly inconvenient. In addition, the TV did not function properly...

“Prima le cose positive: la metro è a 2 minuti, linee 4 e 5, comodissime. La stazione è sporca, puzza, con i topi, ma è roba comune a NY. L'hotel è in una zona isolata e poco rassicurante ma l'accoglienza è buona e il personale abbastanza disponibile. Le stanze invece sono piccole, ma sfruttate al massimo della praticità. Niente armadio, comunque. Pulizia così così, il letto a castello di mio figlio non è mai stato rifatto in 5 giorni. Il nodo è la presenza a fianco del letto del lavandino ma...

“I loved that this property was clean, the staff was helpful, easy to get to, and perfect size for a short stay. Its walking distance to a lot of places. I will say the area is very busy so be prepared for that. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would return!”

“Abbiamo prenotato una camera con due letti matrimoniale e ci siamo ritrovati con due queen un po’ scomodi per dormirci in due, colazione solo dolce e scarna, Internet lento quando prendeva. ”

“This place was much cleaner when it first opened. Now the rooms are in need of mor attention. Sheets had holes in them towels was very dingy a white towel looked beige, had hair on them. The sink in the bathroom was broken. Chair in the room stained. This place can definitely use some TLC.”

“Parking was not adequate for number of guest rooms. Back entrance from small parking lot does not work. You must walk around the building to the main entrance. Air conditioning unit points directly at the bed and cannot be diverted. Adequate but pricey.”

“Very old, breakfast is overcrowded in a limited space, shuttle bus to train station and airport NOT reliable, they ask if you want your room to be maked up daily and if you say yes they anyway do every 3 days. Sunday morning 8.05 in the morning they drill and do maintenance despite of the day and time. Never again.”
