“Room was dirty, door didn't latch or lock. I didn't stay the night. ”

“Hallway smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Room did not. Bed was fine. Top blanket stained. Very little care given to prop. ”

“I had such a great stay at the Quality Inn while visiting the McAlester Scottish Rite Masonic Temple. The location was perfect - close enough to make getting to the temple quick and easy. Everything about the stay was smooth, from the friendly staff to the clean, comfortable room. It was exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The breakfast was great and overall atmosphere was pleasant. It was a great experience all around, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to McAlester.”

“First room we were put was filthy and had dead bugs on the floor. Pulled back the sheet from the bed and it looked like someone had slept there and they didn’t change the bedding. Called front desk, told him the issues and he deep sighs on the phone, clearly annoyed, he said he would give us a different room. He didn’t even check to see if that room was clean. Lots of dead bugs, the bedding on both beds were worse than the first room. The air conditioner has an issue, it was loud and would turn...

“Room was clean, bathroom was clean, air-conditioning worked great. There was even a ceiling fan in our room. Excellent stay for the price!”

“This room was in fair condition. The staff was hospitable. There were no amenities in this room. No coffee pot, alarm clock, telephone, luggage rack…. Nothing. They also did not have continental breakfast or complementary coffee. ”

“It was great for a few hours of rest. Did not spend much time. But slept well.arrived 12:30am, left 6:30 am on our way to Missouri from Texas. ”
