VIP beverage is just Costco water… Housekeeping not consistent even when specifically requested. Room was either partially cleaned on one ocassion or not cleaned on another. Breakfast is slightly better than average, for US standards…”

Beds & pillows were great, comfy. Nice hot breakfast & comfy dining area. Attractive decor. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating staff. Great luggage carts. No noticeable traffic noise. Coffee always available in the lobby.”

“Room was quiet & clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The drawers, hangers, and other room design elements were well thought out and useful. The TV was great and allowed you to sign into your own Netfix or Prime accounts for streaming and a couple of others. I would like to have been to add other steaming services as not everyone uses the same ones. I could not discover how or if I could do that. “POV: from an out of state traveler The cleaning staff was on top of it! Dogs are allowed here , ( I don’t have a dog) and the smell upon entering is such a clean smell , there isn’t any dog smell throughout the whole building unlike some places I’ve stayed in. Clean linens and towels on standby if needed. Key access only! which is nice when you have little ones or just want privacy here not anyone can just come up the elevator at anytime.
