“Kids were allowed to be unsupervised in all areas, dancing on tables and running the halls banging on doors. Couldn’t understand the front desk clerk. Never got the linens requested for pull out bed. Pictures must have been taken of a different hotel. ”

“Nice accommodations for the cost. The room appeared recently updated. Staff was courteous. Our only issue was that one of the garbage cans had not been emptied from a previous guest, but everything else appeared clean. ”

“No staff around when we showed up. Waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. I even called the property to try and contact someone and we just heard the phone ring. Door to our room was bent…had to put my weight into it to get it to lock. Right by highway so lots of road noise.”

“The room was dirty. There was a dark black spot in the shower. Toilet was not clean. One bed looked clean the other bed had dirt spots on the sheets. The coffee in the breakfast bar was very weak. There was granola bars, boiled eggs, oatmeal, & yogurt. There was a homeless couple who were living in there car that kept coming in a back door to get food. ”

“The toilets were all leaking or would not flush properly, and the breakfast was served in the bar area. This hotel has a lot of families and I feel like that should be disclosed before you book your stay. No one wants to bring their 3 year old to eat breakfast in a dark dingy bar after hours. ”

“Breakfast ok, fresh, only bananas for fruit, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. Small bottle of lotikn half gone, blow dryer didn't work. They use an air freshener in ac unit and it was way to stro g. Seemed like a cover up. We were only there overnight. ”

“I was upset that I had to Give a credit card when I checked in to pay to park! I paid almost 400 For a night stay and also have to pay to park at the hotel!!! ”

“This motel exceeded my expectations. The room I stayed in during Mule Days 206) was right up the steps on the corner. There was very little foot traffic in front of my door and I left the door open some because the weather was nice. The room was clean, if a little worn and dated, and the towels were replaced daily. It was convenient to everything I wanted to do in Columbia, TN, downtown, food and festival. I planned ahead and brought my own coffee maker and coffee plus my favorite pillow which...
