“Not sure when this hotel opened, but we were thrilled with how clean and safe the non smoking property was. It has the highest ceilings of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend. I rated lower for service only because the front desk charged us an early check-in fee because we were checking in a few hours prior to check in time. “Had to Uber everywhere. The property was nice - but long hallways, felt a little scary. The penthouse should definitely update amenities. Bath towels were mix match, bedding felt and looked older. King room didn’t have a tv. Over all the place felt plain and not worth the money. Cleaning crew could definitely do a better job. Crumbs on kitchen floor, table had a grease film on it , crumbled up towel paper in bathroom drawers. We would definitely choose a hotel closer to broadway and feel better...
