“Check in was a breeze. Offered option to pay for early check in, which we did. Super convenient to walk to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena with ease. Felt safe and room, hallways and lobby were clean. Parking was very expensive, but we were able to park right by the elevator, making it easy to unload and load our car to and from our room. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t say they were “friendly”. ”
