“Hotel was well maintained and staff were very helpful”

“I made this reservation 3 weeks in advance, and when I got there they didn't have a room for me and were reluctant to even let me use the bathroom after I drove over 3 hours to get there. My friends were staying there, so we just all piled up in one room. It's more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. Don't go.”

“Very nice stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room, A/C worked great, fridge came in handy. Loved the 24/7 coffee/tea bar as well as the breakfast, so many choices and always fresh!! Also loved that they're pet friendly. A little disappointed that the pool wasn't open yet but we survived. Did I mention that we loved the staff? ”

“The staff at front desk very aggressive and mean, they very poor customer service and communication. Rooms never checked during my stay, I had to go and ask for towels, toilet paper and requested to take my trash out. And all what they were saying was that they don’t clean the rooms until the guests leave.. never come back to that place again. And also on top of the charge for my stay they also charge me 6.99 per day for safety… I hope you did pay attention to the reviews because that place...

“I enjoyed this stay! It was what I expected for the price and it was in a very convenient location. Breakfast was nice - the standard waffles, sausage, mini bagels, cereal, etc. It could be a little loud being right near the highway and the rail road tracks, but never to the point where it disturbed myself or my husband. Besides the occasional noise the location was awesome! It was right by the highway so it was easy to zip over to downtown Nashville or hit up the mall.”
