Hotel a Goodlettsville

“I didn't really understand the knowledge of their staff when it comes to charge a deposit and I am wondering how doesn't take along to release the deposit money while once you have checked out, the workers should be able to report with in 6 hours or less but the deposit has been on hold almost three days. Cleaning it wasn't very super, just average!”

“The room was disgusting, we had to go buy bleach to clean it. There were roaches and the manager was rude. The only reason I gave it a 1 star was because of the sales director Pam. She tried to make it right but I just feel like you can’t undo bad customer service.”

“After checking in at 11:00 pm after a long day of driving all we wanted was a little television and a comfy bed. The tv in our room did not work. After talking to the front desk in the morning we were informed that a whole section of the hotel was with out tv. First question to them was why were we not informed at check in (they already knew),or put in a different section of the hotel were our traveling companions room was. When asked for some sort of compensation they said they couldn't do...

“Very clean room but was told at check-in to keep bathroom door closed when showering or steam may trigger fire alarm. Also microwave didn’t work, no soap, room temperature nor refrigerator was prepped for room occupancy ”

“Parking is easy the location is fantastic and safe !!! We’ve been here only a couple days so far but we’re new to the area and for the moment until we find a place this place for the money is great…not to mention the PETS STAY FREE and the STAFF IS GREAT!! ”

“The absolute disgust I had for this property cannot even be put into words. The floor was squishy, yes, I said squishy. Not installed properly, multiple materials used for repairs, floors were lifting up and separating. NOT ONCE did we get our room cleaned. Not once did we get checked on or asked if we were satisfied. The pillows were crap, nothing smelled proper and the place was absolutely disgusting. We were there for 4 days on an Expedia trip otherwise I would have canceled and asked for...

“Pros: Friendly front desk attendant at check in, room was cleaned by staff and towels restocked daily, quiet air conditioner. Cons: Shower curtain wouldn't stay closed, shower and bathroom faucets about to fall off, fridge in room was actually a freezer and froze everything ”

“The staff was nice enough. Our key didn't work and he fixed that right away. The room had holes in the walls, mold in the bath tub, crumbs on the floors. Beds looked fine but my kids, husband and I were unsure of the cleanliness. Then someone tried to get into our room, it ended up being double booked. This scared my kids and was the deciding point in leaving and finding somewhere else ”

“Our stay was not what we expected. The indication was that there was an outdoor pool. Since the temperature called for a couple of days above 80 degrees we looked forward to the pool, but were only informed that it was still closed since Covid. We also expected a free breakfast, however we were informed on arrival that they also had not offered breakfast since Covid. This was not the stay we expected.”
