“The hotel was very nice and exceptionally clean—both inside and out. I'm not sure when it opened, but everything looked brand new. The staff was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
The location is also a big plus—conveniently close to a variety of restaurants, fast food spots, Target, and other shopping options.
I typically don't choose Holiday Inn hotels, but I would absolutely pick this location over any other hotel in the area. Highly recommended!”
“Big hotel, with a huge parking lot, conveniently located near BNA. Breakfast below average, Rooms are OK, Excellent WiFi speed and stability, Equipment in the GYM is a bit obsolete. Friendly and professional staff at the front desk, I had a minor maintenance issue with the door of my room that was immediately fixed by the staff. ”
“The staff was amazing, especially Peter. We were able to get a very early check-in which was fantastic since our flight landed at 6:50am. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was great as well! The room was nice and had decent features/accommodations. If I’m getting really picky, it would have been nice if the shower had more water pressure and there were options for drinking water besides sink water or something from the lobby. Overall, it was a great stay :)”
