“Absolutely unacceptable experience. I stayed here for 4 days 3 nights, and on day 2 I requested towels. I was told they would be brought to my room, but after being out all day, I returned to nothing. When I called the front desk, I was told they had no towels or washcloths available and I would have to wait until the next morning. That is completely unacceptable for a paying guest, towels are a basic necessity. Because of this, I had to go out and spend my own money to buy towels just so we...

“Nice and new hotel. Very clean but no frills. Very close to airport so do not expect a quiet room. ”

“Overall, the facility is showing it's age. Understand that a renovation is planned and is really needed. Beds were excellent for the stay. Very comfortable. Item selection for the breakfast is limited and is the same every day. A little diversity in items would make it a lot better. ”
