“Was greeted by valet. Very nice. Wanted to self park however made more sense to valet for overnight. Was welcomed by Ashley at the front desk. Very sweet and kind. The room was great. Unfortunately, the first night was a little rough- the hot water was not working and had to take a cold - lukewarm shower. On any other day it would have been ok but after a long day of moving my son into college a nice hot shower would have been nice:) when I attempted to tell the reception the following day she...
