“ We had a wonderful stay at this Smoky Mountain cabin! It was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were beautiful and the location was perfect—peaceful but still close to town. We especially loved spending time on the deck and unwinding after a day of exploring. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Nice size room with a balcony overlooking the river. Very good breakfast with many choices. Room was clean though some stains on quilts. Great water pressure with efficient hot water. Though the room itself was nice, the exterior could use updating. Door into room was peeling, and it took some time to empty the trash just outside the room.”

“Had to take a cold shower for 2 days.
No hot water in our room until the 3rd day
They need to replace thet flush valve on the commode.
It would run contentious and whistle until we took the lid off and press the center of the float valve.
I reported this to the front desk each day

“It's very expensive to stay at the hotel but you get your money's worth . I highly recommend you buy your drinks at the regular store then bring them in if you don't you will be paying 5 dollars per drink. The food at the hotel is really good especially the play by the pool. You will see bears outside the gate so do not keep food in car or drinks”

“They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell”
