“I really liked this hotel. We were right in downtown Gatlinburg and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff is very nice and helpful. Check in and check out was so easy and efficient. Will stay here again. We don’t have animals but it is very pet friendly.”

“Parking is great and pretty convenient- right in front of the building and very close walking distance to the main strip. Check in was okay, but kind of inconvenient and sketchy, as it’s at the Quality Inn next door (an elevator ride and a few convoluted walkways away outside in the dark and cold).
