Hotel a Ridgetop

“I stayed for almost a week and I thought the room was great and the hotel in general was very nice. However, I booked it mostly because of the pool, and unfortunately it was closed even tho it said the pool is open in May. Also like I mentioned I stayed for almost a week, so a lot of trash accumulated in my room, and for days no one came to collect the trash. I absolutely would have thrown it away myself, but they said housekeeping comes everyday, and the most definitely did not. I stayed in...

“No clean up all day so when we got in at 5PM I told them not to bother as I did not want them cleaning while I was there. They did this 3 days even after I complained. Phone was not working, they did not come to fix it. Loud noise in bathroom, again did not bother to fix it after complaining.”
