Hotel vicino a Ridgetop Station Park - Nashville

“Great”

“This Hampton Inn is showing its age. Furniture is old and beat up. I did not have enough hot water to complete a shower. Staff did not adjust the bill to compensate for the lack of hot water. Breakfast was good.”

“Very clean room but was told at check-in to keep bathroom door closed when showering or steam may trigger fire alarm. Also microwave didn’t work, no soap, room temperature nor refrigerator was prepped for room occupancy ”

“Good breakfast. Bed firm but comfy. Strong shower and nice toiletries, although shampoo and conditioner smelled odd. Main issue was room readiness and amenities - we were told our room was not ready on arrival and would have to be cleaned, but then it was magically ready in five minutes. Room looked clean but there was no blackout curtain, with a room facing the parking lot. So we had to go out and buy sleep masks to get a good night’s sleep. Other than issue with check in, staff was nice....

“Hotel was very clean and was in a good location. The staff were not as accommodating and told us it was because we booked through a 3rd party.”

“Television didn't work in the room, breakfast is VERY minimal and not sure if its because it is an old hotel with thinner outside walls, but it was very noisy with parking lot trucks revving up and traffic in area. ”
