“Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight.”

“Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Made us wait over 2 hours to check in. We were early but it wasn’t even ready at the 4 o’clock check in. Told us it would be ready soon when we got there. A/C wouldn’t keep the room cool. It was 75 in our room most of the time. I couldn’t even sleep. They had a nice pool area that would have been good to wait by but was never given any options. “The room you chose was sub par! For this amount of money I expect a decent room with a view! Turn down service at 9:30 is ridiculous! The car rental was a POS Mitsubishi that had 70,000 miles on it and made me feel pretty stupid! Wake up and start giving to the people who support you!”

“Fairfield saved the day! We were unable to check in at our original hotel (121 Hotel) due to not being sent access codes and no on site staff for checking in but Fairfield graciously took us in so we could get some sleep. Good little pizza place across the street was still open so we were also able to get some dinner.”

“Front desk girl was suuuuuper rude to us the minute we walked it. (I was also a little grossed out by her dirty fingernails.) 😬Minutes later she was really nice to the next people. So weird. This hotel felt very dated and dark. The room was spacious but that’s about my only positive. Nit at all convenient. I was lured in by the Broadway address. But nothing interesting was within walking distance.,”

“Love the midtown location. It’s not in the crazy chaos and noise of Broadway but has a nice set of restaurants and bars that are walkable. You can walk to Gulch and then the flipside to Edgehill. And it’s an easy service car ride so you don’t have to pay the $50/night parking. The hotel is modern and pretty clean. We used the rooftop pool and fitness room.
