“Front desk accidentally charged me $1050 in pending charges instead of $450. I brought it to their attention and they said it would take 10 days to clear. Then charged me $30 over my total bill upon checkout. And then when I checked my Hilton account online, it looks like they charged me another $30 on top of the $30 extra checkout charge, exceeding amount of total bill stated upon check in. I will need to take this up with their front desk again! I am very frustrated with their lack of...

“Great location, great hotel. Very clean and quiet. Did not have that much interaction with the staff except for the parking attendance who were great. My only complaint would be the coffee situation. It was horrible. I don’t know what that set up was, but you could not make a decent cup of coffee with it. It seems like a conspiracy to get you to go down and buy a $10 cup of coffee. Next time I’ll bring my own portable Keurig. Also, we did not have any mate service the second night we were there....

“Breakfast was good- included several options. Room was pretty clean, but did find hair in bathroom, bottle cap on side of bed and ahor in bathroom vanity drawer. Front desk staff was amazing!!!”

“Parkeren extreem duur, maar als je tijdens je verblijf je auto niet nodig hebt kan je in de parkeerplek aan de overkant (letterlijk 30 meter lopen) je auto voor 1/2 kwijt. Ik was voor 2 nachten 58 Dollar kwijt en anders was het 55 per nacht plus tax plus fooi aan de valet Verder een erg mooi hotel op een top locatie. Alles was erg goed. Mis alleen de zwembad. Voor dit soort bedragen zou je dat wel verwachten een binnezwembad. ”
