“My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!”

“The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay.”

“We really loved this place. It is just a short distance (a couple blocks) from the beautiful Belmont University. We did a Hop-on Hop-off bus that we caught at Belmont University's Belmont Mansion. The harmony House is in historic Music Row which makes it kind of cool. The room was very clean and well stocked. It felt very homey. I give it 5 stars. “This is a very nice hotel! They have a free shuttle that will drop you off or pick you up with 1.5 miles! There was one time it was not available due to them needing to charge the vehicle. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The staff was very nice.”

“This hotel is beautiful and clean! We couldn’t hear anything from other rooms. Comfy beds. The only thing we disliked was one rude/unhelpful valet when we arrived (that’s the 4/5). The front desk was so kind and helpful!”

“Close to downtown and in a nice, walkable area. Spacious room with full kitchen, nice bathroom, even washer and dryer (bring your own laundry supplies). Could use better breakfast set up in hotel but rooms do have a full kitchen and nice coffee shops within walking distance. I would stay here again.”

“When I walked in to the room, there was a slight smell. Not trash. Not sewer. I didn’t think much of it even though it was quite strong. When I woke up this morning, I found one cockroach on the floor. I put it in the toilet. When I was getting dressed, I found two more dead cockroaches in the bedroom area. I left them as they were and took pictures. I found a leg of a cockroach in the kitchen area. I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and this has never been the case. I did speak privately...

“This is a brand new hotel in midtown and so gorgeous and unique art work everywhere. The water refill stations were super convenient and a really nice amenity. The shower was incredible the bed was heavenly and staff were very kind. While broadway is about a 20 minute walk it’s still doable and only 8$ uber in slow times. A great stay and highly recommend.”
