“This was a very nice hotel. We stayed in a King Room with a balcony and got a free fireworks show at the ballfield. Only minor issue was the noise level from the street until about 1am. Overall a great experience.”

“RV parking was not easy to access because gate was closed but it wasn't that busy so qe figured it out”

“The lobby's central air sysytem was not working and there was standing water on the floor to the gym. The pool was dirty with no chemicals. The elevator was broken. When we got to our room it was in mild disarray. The curtain was torn down on one side. And the floor had not been vaccumed. Also, we didn't have a full set of towels and washcloths. I would not recommend staying here.”

“The Colcord hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is classic luxury. Our stay, room and bed were comfortable. The curtains/shades were a bit squeaky when opening and closing but only had to do that twice so not a big deal. We loved the late night and early morning walks around the Myriad garden, so beautiful and peaceful. ”

“My wife and I were booked for a three night stay. This independently owned hotel is older, but maintained in excellent condition by the owners/managers. We were welcomed warmly at the front desk and our room was huge (the size of a small apartment), clean and all equipment (TV, Microwave, refrigerator) and plumbing was well maintained. The service was outstanding. We experienced a family emergency in the middle of our stay and the manager worked with us to refund a portion of booking fee...

“Excellent! Newly remodeled and very clean. It’s was quiet and the room was nice. Loved the bar at the top of the hotel. The only constructive criticism would be the employees at the front desk when we checked in around 4-4:30 that day. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and when we asked directions on how to get to the Amphitheater Zoo for a concert the gal said she wasn’t sure. Definitely didn’t seem interested in assisting. ”
